Job summary

Personnel Selection is seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant for our Farnham store. You will greet customers, provide expert product advice, and convert inquiries into orders while delivering outstanding service in a town centre showroom.

Face-to-face and telephone interactions form the core, with a friendly team of three in a supportive environment. The role suits candidates with proven retail sales experience and confidence to engage customers, including upselling and handling

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn in-house purchasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and convert inquiries into orders.
• Provide expert product advice and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle face-to-face and telephone inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date showroom displays and accurate pricing codes.
• Assist with stock checks and basic paperwork related to orders.
• Support branch team and deputise for the Branch Manager when needed.
