Philips is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our TikTok Shop team, supporting the Spanish market while collaborating with our UK HQ. You will nurture relationships with our TikTok Shop Agency Partner and TikTok Shop HQ, driving commercial objectives and consumer engagement on the platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in national account management with e-commerce background.
• Experience in global/brand-led consumer organizations.
• Comfortable communicating in Italian.
• Hands-on P&L management experience.
• Strong presentations and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop Spain in line with objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to deliver content engagement metrics.
• Lead lower funnel activations and TikTok Shop Lives.
• Manage portfolio and pricing strategy per WE guard-rails.
• Co-create FY activation plan aligned with WE Incubator objectives.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop Agency Partner and ensure content aligns with Philips brand.
