Philips is seeking a proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager with Spanish to join our team and drive commercial impact on the platform. You will manage relationships with our TikTok Shop Agency Partner and HQ, while shaping strategies to optimize the customer journey and engagement.

We expect a minimum of 5 years in national account management with e-commerce experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage P&L.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in National Account Management with strong e-commerce background.
• Experience in a global organization, brand-led and consumer-focused.
• Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and drive commercial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Drive sell-out (GMV) performance on TikTok Shop Spain and manage sell-in with the Agency Partner.
• Collaborate with Marketing to achieve content engagement metrics.
• Oversee lower funnel activations on TikTok Shop Lives.
• Manage platform pricing strategy in line with WE guard-rails.
• Co-create activation plans with Marketing aligned to WE Incubator objectives.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop Agency Partner to meet brand guidelines.
