Job summary

Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency based in the UK, focusing on GMV growth for beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands. You’ll be the strategic lead for clients, owning a portfolio on TikTok Shop and driving growth through trading, merchandising and affiliate strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or online retail.
• Strong understanding of AOV growth and promotional mechanics.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, marketplaces or social commerce.
• Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own trading and merchandising for a portfolio on TikTok Shop.
• Lead strategy, performance and delivery with clients.
• Develop commercially grounded TikTok Shop growth plans.
• Translate business goals into weekly and monthly trading actions.
• Monitor performance metrics and forecast GMV.
