Job summary

Philips is seeking a proactive Commercial Account Manager to join our TikTok Shop team in the UK. You will manage relationships with our TikTok Shop Agency Partner and TikTok Shop HQ, driving commercial and engagement objectives and leveraging e-commerce know-how.

You bring a minimum of 5 years in National Account Management with a strong background in e-commerce, Italian language proficiency, and hands-on P&L experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in National Account Management with e-commerce focus.
• Experience in a global, brand-led environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in Italian.
• Hands-on P&L management and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out (GMV) on TikTok Shop Italy and manage sell-in with the agency partner.
• Collaborate with Marketing to hit content engagement metrics.
• Oversee lower funnel activations, including TikTok Shop Lives.
• Manage pricing strategy aligned with WE guard-rails.
• Co-create FY activation plans with Marketing and WE Incubator objectives.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop Agency Partner to deliver activation calendars.
