Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting a TIG Welder for a days-based role in Norwich. The position offers a stable, long-term opportunity with a 37.5-hour week and flexible start times.

You will TIG weld on a variety of steels to produce components for handling machines, with training available in MIG or TIG welding and potential overtime paid at time and a half.

£16 – £18 an hour + Flexitime + Monday to Friday + Training + Company Benefits

Are you a TIG Welder, looking to join a well-established company, offering a stable, long-term, days-based role, and the opportunity to greatly boost your earnings with plenty of optional overtime?

This role involves TIG welding on a variety of steels, producing a range of components for handling machines feeding into a variety of industries. You will join a team of 4 in a large, well looked after workshop.

It is a 37.5-hour week working Monday to Friday, the standard hours are 8am-4.30pm, with flexitime arrangements available, with the opportunity for up to 5 hours a week of overtime, paid at time and a half.

This company is a well-established British manufacturer specialising in bespoke lifting and handling equipment. They supply customers across a range of industries and are looking to expand their close-knit engineering team.

This role would suit a TIG Welder looking for a great work-life balance and long-term security within a well-established business.
