Job summary

L-ev8 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a TIG Welder for our Worcestershire factory. The role involves welding stainless steel and aluminium to tight tolerances from engineering drawings. You will follow production schedules on a Mon-Fri, 40-hour week, with options for early shifts.

Overtime and benefits are offered as part of a supportive team environment. Candidates with MIG welding experience will have an advantage and opportunities to develop skills within a well‑established manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail.
• MIG welding experience is a bonus.

Job description

TIG Welder – Worcestershire – Up to £16p/h + Overtime + Benefits – REF 080

Mon-Fri40 hrs p/w

Options below:
Mon - Thurs 6am - 3pm & Fri 6am - 12pm

Mon – Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm & Fri 7:30am - 1:30pm

The successful candidate will be experienced in stainless steel and aluminium with the ability to work from engineering drawings. You will be following production schedules and work‑to lists to produce high calibre welds.

Skills needed:

• Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail

Desired:

• MIG welding experience
