Skills

Monday - Thursday 07:30 – 16:00, Friday 07:30 – 12:30

Job Description

• TIG welding of Aluminium aircraft components
• Adjust sheet parts to fit weld jig
• Use Measuring equipment to confirm parts to drawing
• Strict adherence to health and safety, and standard operation protocols expected
• Support the Energy team and consider energy reduction and savings within the scope of your role leading to continuous improvement.
• Commitment to continual improvement in manufacturing, quality, health, safety environmental, energy and sustainability management.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Aluminium welding experience in thin gauge sheet material
• Ability to understand and work from drawings
• Fabrication experience using various basic hand tools
