Glyndebourne is seeking a high-calibre supervisor to join our Ticketing & Membership Services team in Lewes. You will lead a small group alongside two fellow Supervisors, taking responsibility for operational efficiency, office administration and project fulfilment while supporting the Head of Ticketing & Membership Services.

In addition to supervisory duties, you will serve as Duty Manager for scheduled performances during our Festival and Autumn seasons, accountable for end‑to‑end

Formación

• Leadership capability with proven track record of delivering results
• Integrity and strong sense of ownership in role
• Willingness to work 5-out-of-7 days including evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Ticketing & Membership Services team and provide guidance to the Head of Ticketing & Membership Services
• Oversee office administration and project fulfilment to ensure operational efficiency
• Act as Duty Manager for scheduled performances, ensuring front-of-house operations, safety compliance and high patron experience
• Drive team success and uphold the highest professional standards across the department
