Legends Global is recruiting an Assistant Ticketing Manager for OVO Arena Wembley in the United Kingdom. This role supports the Head of Ticketing and delivers a dynamic, customer-focused ticketing service across evenings, weekends and major events.

You will own the end-to-end ticketing journey, optimise revenue, and lead Box Office operations on event days while building strong promoter relationships for successful events.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, box office or event operations.
• Commercially minded and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communicator with promoters, clients and customers.
• Highly organised and adaptable to multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive team player with problem-solving mindset and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ticketing journey from launch to show day, ensuring accurate event setup and inventory management.
• Maximise ticket sales and venue performance by optimising seating, holds, pricing and revenue opportunities.
• Lead Box Office operations on event days with efficient, customer-focused service.
• Build strong relationships with promoters and stakeholders, providing sales reporting and reconciliations.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining systems, records and seating plans, while improving processes.
