Reporting to Head of Operations and GM, you will run live events, maintain venue procedures, and build strong relations with promoters and authorities.

The role requires night-time availability and a track record of leading large teams, with a clear path for career progression at a renowned London venue.

Qualifications

• Nightlife-focused hospitality experience and passion.
• Strong knowledge of premises licensing, health & safety, and fire safety.
• Proven ability to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and flawless live events.
• Manage relationships with promoters, clients, licensing authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead operational teams and contractors across bars, security, welfare, front of house and cleaning.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop junior to mid-seniority staff.
