The R&A Championships is seeking a Ticketing Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for ticketing support, delivering world-class service to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the year.

This full-time, fixed-term role in St Andrews offers hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Typical hours are 9am–5pm, with peak-period variations and weekend work as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience in an office-based role beneficial.
• Experience with booking or event systems advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding customer support for R&A Championships across multiple channels.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and escalate complex issues.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for the R&A Championships Ticketing App.
• Assist with ticketing operations for The Open, AIG Women’s Open and other championships.
• Support the wider ticketing team with administrative tasks.
