Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a field-based clinician to provide in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education across our surgical portfolio in the United Kingdom.

You will work closely with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff to optimise product use and adoption across multiple procedures. The role offers strong earning potential with on-target earnings supported by a £35-40K base, £12K commission and a £600/month car allowance, with additional growth as products are adopted

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education
• Run product evaluations and play a key role in new technology adoption
• Support surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across a range of surgeries
• Support sales with the introduction of new products, encourage appropriate use and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts
• Develop credibility and trust with key clinical stakeholders
