Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Surgical Sales professional to drive growth across thoracic, colorectal and gynae theatres. You’ll build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and procurement, delivering demos and in-theatre support to win NHS and private hospital accounts.

With £60-65K OTE plus £600/month car allowance, you’ll own your territory and plan, backed by an experienced team. A full UK driving licence and hospital sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Medical device or surgical sales experience in hospitals.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Drive adoption through demos, evaluations and in-theatre support

You’ll need:

• Medical device or surgical sales experience in hospitals
• Confidence in theatre and with hospital buying processes
• A full UK driving licence

The package:

• £40-45K basic
• £20K commission
• £600/month car allowance
