Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist – Surgical products to operate in the North East and North Yorkshire.

You will provide in-theatre case support, deliver product training, and contribute to clinical education while working closely with surgeons, scrub teams and the commercial group. The role offers hands-on theatre experience away from NHS rota with opportunities to learn from experienced RSMs and Clinical Specialists, and to contribute meaningfully to product

Qualifications

• ODP, Theatre Nurse or Physician Associate with theatre experience
• Or a relevant medical or life science degree with a desire to move into a commercial, customer-facing surgical role
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education
• Run product evaluations and play a key role in new technology adoption
• Support surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across a range of surgeries
• Support sales with the introduction of new products, encourage appropriate use and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts
• Develop credibility and trust with key clinical stakeholders
