Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Surgical Clinical Specialist in the UK to provide in-theatre case support, deliver product training, and drive clinical education across a range of procedures.

You will learn from experienced colleagues and play a significant role in introducing new technologies while supporting surgeons, scrub nurses and theatre teams. The role offers a strong commission structure and a monthly car allowance as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Deliver in-theatre case support, product training and clinical education.
• Run product evaluations and play a key role in new technology adoption.
• Support surgeons, scrub nurses, ODPs and theatre teams across a range of surgeries.
• Support sales with the introduction of new products, encourage appropriate use and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
• Develop credibility and trust with key clinical stakeholders.

What you'll do:

The package:

• £35-40K basic
• £12K commission
• £600/month car allowance
