Job summary

Fintelligent Search Ltd is seeking a Third Party Claims Handler with motor claims experience to manage a busy caseload of third-party motor and property damage claims. You will investigate liability, support decision-making on complex/ disputed claims, and handle credit hire cases with emphasis on cost control.

The role offers employer support for CII qualification and a structured development path in a regulated setting, with a strong focus on service quality and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in motor claims.
• Strong understanding of liability assessment and claims negotiation.
• Willing to complete CII qualification with employer support.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end third-party motor and property damage claims within a busy caseload.
• Investigate liability and support decision-making on complex and disputed claims.
• Handle credit hire claims including validation, negotiation, and cost control activity.
• Liaise professionally with insurers, solicitors, and external stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
