Qualifications

• Experience in early years settings and caring for children.
• Ability to support and supervise playroom staff.
• Familiarity with EYFS requirements and child safety.
• Strong communication with parents and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff to meet required standards in each room.
• Allocate children to keycarers and apply EYFS procedures.
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met and provide feedback to parents.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents.
