Qualifications

• Demonstrates caring, enthusiastic approach to children.
• Requires Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting children at all times.
• Preparing and supporting activities under guidance of Level 3 practitioners.
• Maintaining a safe, engaging, welcoming environment.
• Following company policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational practices.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Attending staff meetings and training as required.
