Grandir UK Limited in London’s Raynes Park area is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join Dicky Birds Nursery and Preschool. You will care for, support and inspire children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive daily.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery key carer procedures and allocate children appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers
