Job summary

Electrogenos is seeking an experienced engineer to own thermofluid design for alkaline electrolyser stacks, balancing 80-100°C operation, and BOP integration. The role combines hands-on commissioning with analytical modeling, on-site and at partner sites.

You will travel to pilot deployments, including international sites, and collaborate closely with the CTO in a small, hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Thermal Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong thermofluid fundamentals.
• Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting on hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own design of thermofluid systems for alkaline electrolyser stacks.
• Design electrolyte circulation for uniform distribution.
• Develop thermal management at 80-100°C.
• Model and verify pressure balancing between O2 and H2 sides.
• Commission and test the systems on the shop floor.
• Support pilot deployments internationally.
