The Role of a Operations Assistant at Thermae Bath Spa

Our Operations Assistants play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience across Thermae Bath Spa. Working across a variety of operational areas, they ensure guests receive a warm welcome, excellent service and all the information they need to make the most of their visit.

As an Operations Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the spa, working flexibly across multiple departments to create a seamless experience for our guests.

This role is ideal for students or anyone looking for part-time, flexible hours. Full training will be provided across a range of spa operations, including General Assistant, Reception, and Food & Beverage duties, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in a vibrant hospitality environment.
