Thermae Bath Spa in Bath is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and provide essential information to ensure a memorable spa experience.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent guest service, coordinating with teams, and upholding the spa's warm, professional standards. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

The Role of a Receptionist at Thermae Bath Spa

Our receptionists are attentive, welcoming and are often the first person a guest meets when they visit the Thermae Bath Spa.

The Receptionist is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, ensuring our visitor’s have all the information they need to enjoy their spa experience.
