Job summary

Priory is recruiting a Therapy Lead to head our new team of therapists at Tudor House in Northamptonshire, delivering bespoke addiction treatment in a calm, homely environment. This leadership role focuses on guiding clinical delivery and building a supportive MDT.

You will oversee care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Priory policies, DBS checks, and a patient-centered approach that aligns with our values and commitment to recovery.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered healthcare professional (HCPC) or accredited psychotherapist (BACP, BABCP or UKCP).
• Experience in addiction services with leadership and supervision responsibilities.
• Experience in a commercial environment and awareness of cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a diverse range of therapy staff.
• Assist in assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.
• Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy.
• Be available for clinical issues and risk management as needed.
• Support shortlisting and recruitment processes as required.
