Tudor House, part of the Priory network, seeks a Therapy Lead to build and manage a new team of therapists within its therapy-led programme. The role focuses on leading staff, with a reduced patient caseload to enable line management and handling complex clinical issues such as risk.

Formación

• HCPC registration or accreditation as a psychotherapist with BACP, BABCP or UKCP.
• Substantial experience in addiction services.
• Experience in a commercial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a diverse range of therapy staff, including psychology and other specialisms.
• Facilitate regular management supervision in line with Priory policy, using a cascade system with other qualified therapists.
• Hold an agreed reduced level of patient-facing clinical hours to carry line management responsibility.
• Be available for clinical issues, including managing risk, complex patient needs and supporting cases with the wider MDT.
• Assist qualified staff with assessing patients and implementing individual care plans.
• Carry out routine tasks delegated to support patients' wellbeing, dignity and treatment.

Tudor House, a new residential addiction home in the Priory network, needs a Therapy Lead to build and manage a new team of therapists within its therapy-led programme. The role is mainly about leading and supervising therapy staff, with a reduced patient caseload to allow line management, and being on hand for complex clinical issues such as risk. It stands out for its calm, non-medical setting and bespoke treatment across a wide range of addictions. Applicants need HCPC or accredited psychotherapy registration and substantial addiction experience.

What’s required
