Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organized and customer-focused admin clerk to support therapy appointment bookings. The role covers Frimley Park Hospital and Fleet Community Hospital, coordinating referrals and diary management to enable timely patient care.

Are you an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys making a difference to patient care? Join our friendly and supportive clerical team, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely therapy appointments and an excellent service experience.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing referrals and coordinating outpatient therapy bookings, helping to keep services running efficiently and effectively. Working as part of the Appointments Booking Team, you'll liaise with patients, clinicians, and colleagues to ensure appointments are arranged smoothly and accurately.
Based across Frimley Park Hospital and Fleet Community Hospital, you'll become part of a welcoming team environment where collaboration, support, and professional development are encouraged.
