Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners to join a therapeutically led team supporting a young person with complex needs in Lincolnshire. You will be part of a bespoke setting, delivering tailored activities, learning opportunities and wellbeing support.

You will work with Occupational, Speech and Music Therapists to create a meaningful daily routine, encouraging engagement, communication and independence in a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care/support environment is preferred.
• Ability to adapt approach to individual needs and therapies.
• Genuine commitment to therapeutic, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutically led support tailored to the young person.
• Assist with learning, wellbeing, and participation in activities.
• Work closely with therapists to implement care plans.
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with the young person.
• Maintain a safe, caring environment and reflect on practice.
