Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for our Tigh Coilean home in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with complex needs, helping them with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

The role includes driving responsibilities with a company vehicle, progression through competency-based pay, and opportunities for funded qualifications and career development.

Qualifications

About The Role

South Hykeham, Lincolnshire.

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Coilean in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.12
