Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for our Tigh Coilean home in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with complex needs, helping them with daily activities and accompanying them on community outings.

The role includes driving responsibilities with a company vehicle, progression through competency-based pay, and opportunities for funded qualifications and career development.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work as part of a team.
• Resilient and confident to ask for support as needed.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany people on community trips.
• Use the company vehicle to transport individuals to activities and appointments.
