We are currently recruiting for two Therapeutic Integration Practitioners (TIPs) to join a specialist educational setting in Northwest London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, resilient and compassionate practitioner who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
As a Therapeutic Integration Practitioner, you will work closely with pupils who may present with a range of SEMH, behavioural, emotional and additional needs. You will provide consistent, therapeutic support while helping pupils develop the confidence, emotional regulation and skills they need to engage positively with education. You will work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their individual therapeutic and educational programmes.
Experience as a Therapeutic Practitioner, Behaviour Support Worker, SEN Practitioner, Youth Worker, Mental Health Support Worker, Therapeutic Mentor, Teaching Assistant or similar would be highly relevant.
Due to the specific needs of the pupils and the nature of the provision, the setting requires male Therapeutic Integration Practitioners for these positions. This is an occupational requirement for the role.
