Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people in residential care.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, well-being and development of children.
• Empathetic and resilient nature.
• Full UK manual driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as a positive role model for children and colleagues in a therapeutic setting.
• Support with life skills, independence and personal development through activities.
• Assist in developing and updating personalised care plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and Ofsted regulatory compliance are followed.
