Insight Care Group is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide therapeutic care in a structured home environment for youngsters with emotional and behavioural needs. The role involves acting as a supportive, positive role model and helping young people grow their life skills and independence.

• Experience working with young people in residential care settings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, well‑being and development of children.

Responsibilities

• Act as a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
• Support young people to develop life skills, independence and personal development.
• Assist with care planning, risk assessments and behaviour support plans.
• Maintain safeguarding policies and Ofsted compliance.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and external agencies.
