Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy in a Children's Residential Home.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential legislation.
• Qualification: Level 5 Diploma or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing residential care team.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirements.
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and behavioural support strategies.
• Drive outcomes through partnerships with families, social workers, and schools.
• Lead budgets, occupancy, resources, and service performance.
• Prepare for inspections and maintain high quality governance.
