Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a specialist residential home in Stoke. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and ensuring high-quality, child-centred care for children and young people with EBD.

You will manage a dedicated team, drive standards, and build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals, while maintaining Ofsted compliance and a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within children's residential care.
• Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
• The ability to build positive relationships with young people, families and professionals.
• A resilient, compassionate and child-focused approach.
