Job summary

Esland is seeking a seasoned Deputy Manager for our Assessments team in Lutterworth. The role supports a 7–18 age group in a short-term, therapeutic environment, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. The post offers £34,000–£39,000 per year, dependent on experience and diploma level, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a children's residential care home within the last 5 years.
• At least 1 year in supervising and managing staff in a care role.
• Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to deliver therapeutic, child-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
