The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Children’s Home Deputy Manager for our The Willows site in Lutterworth. The role, based in the Assessments team, offers a permanent full-time contract with a salary of £34,000–£39,000 per year, depending on experience and diploma level.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a focus on therapeutic care for young people. Essential requirements include a Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare, Ofsted knowledge, strong leadership and communication,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a children's residential care home (within the last 5 years).
• At least 1 year in a role supervising staff in care.
• Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
• Excellent communication and team leader skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
• Candidates must be over the age of 21.
• Interest in outdoors is desirable.
