Proven experience in leading administrative or support teams within a healthcare setting.
Strong track record of driving service improvement and performance.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage administrative and support teams across Theatres & Anaesthetics to deliver high-quality services.
Provide day-to-day operational leadership, supporting performance, workforce management and resource planning.
Collaborate with clinical and operational colleagues to identify and implement service improvements.
Monitor and analyse service performance data, producing reports to inform decisions.
Support transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are implemented and benefits realised.
Develop and motivate administrative teams to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Oversee recruitment, induction, appraisal, attendance, performance and training processes.
