Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the administrative and support teams across Theatres & Anaesthetics.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership, supporting performance, workforce planning and targets.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to implement service improvements.
• Monitor service performance data, producing reports and recommendations.
• Support transformation initiatives and ensure benefits are realised.
• Develop and motivate administrative teams, fostering a positive working environment.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, appraisal, attendance and training processes.
• Identify operational issues and escalate risks to maintain responsive services.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support patient care and directorate priorities.
