Dream Medical are looking for a Registered Theatre Practitioner to join a committed Scrub team with the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of specialties including upper GI surgery, colorectal and laparoscopic surgery, gynaecology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery and orthopaedics. The successful candidate will be flexible across all disciplines and have the willingness to learn new skills.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and committed to providing the highest standards of healthcare, as well as being a dynamic, motivated individual, and team worker.

You will demonstrate a positive first impression and have excellent communication skills with a wide range of people at different levels. You will be able to exhibit a commitment to achieving goals and the ability to work to deadlines. You'll have the aptitude to contribute positively to a team and also be able to work on your own as required. Successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate ownership for ensuring the customer experience is brilliant and be confident in using their own initiative.

You will also be able to demonstrate evidence of on-going continuing professional development and knowledge of evidence based practices within perioperative care.
