Job summary

Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our team on a bank/part-time basis. You will provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary setting, working with state-of-the-art equipment and supporting junior staff.

The role requires registration with NMC or HCPC and post-registration scrub experience in a Theatre environment. Competitive hourly rate up to £24, with holiday accrual, pension access, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multidisciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
