Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) or NMC Registered Nurses with a recognised anaesthetic qualification to join our theatres team in Salford. A comprehensive preceptorship and ongoing professional development are provided to help you thrive.

You'll deliver specialist care across anaesthetics, scrub and recovery in state-of-the-art operating theatres, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive,

Formación

• Experience in operating theatres, anaesthetic support or scrub/ recovery roles.
• NMC registered nurse with recognised accredited anaesthetic qualification (if applicable).
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff and students.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist care in operating theatres including trauma orthopaedics, ENT, gynaecology, general surgery and complex cases.
• Supervise and mentor junior and unregistered staff including students and trainees.
• Support pre, intra, and post‑operative care across the theatre pathway.
