Job summary

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner in Anaesthetic to join our established theatre team. You will work with leading consultants, perform high-quality anaesthesia care, monitor vital signs, and maintain a sterile operating environment.

You will be registered with NMC or HCPC, have post-registration experience, supervise junior staff, and contribute to excellent patient care within the recovery and anaesthetic phases.

Qualifications

• Currently registered with NMC or HCPC and eligible to practise as a Senior Theatre Practitioner.
• Post-registration experience in perioperative anaesthesia.
• Ability to supervise and develop junior staff while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work with consultants and theatre staff to deliver safe anaesthesia.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure sterile operating environments are maintained.
• Supervise, support and develop junior team members during procedures.
• Contribute to patient care across anaesthetic and recovery phases.
