Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (ODP/RGN) for Anaesthetics & Recovery on a bank basis. Be part of a forward-thinking team delivering high-quality care in a private healthcare setting.

You will work flexibly in a dynamic environment, using state-of-the-art theatre technology and collaborating with consultants to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Registration with NMC/HCPC and post-registration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with NMC (nurses) or HCPC (ODP) and eligible to practise.
• Post-registration experience in anaesthetics and recovery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to work ad-hoc bank shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the close-knit multidisciplinary team.

• Support and develop junior staff in the theatre setting.
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
