Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within a large, busy theatre environment.
• Registered Nurse or ODP with current NMC/HCPC registration.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service to deliver against Spire KPIs and ensure efficient, safe department operation.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork, manage staff mix and deliver patient-centred care.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance development.
