Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities, respond to emergencies, and manage staffing and resources.
• Supervise staff through performance reviews, mentorship, and competency assessments.
• Support induction, education, and professional development; promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
• Contribute to policy development and incident reporting and risk management.
