Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Theatre Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Theatre department. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, and salaries are up to £25,545 per annum depending on experience.

The Theatre Administrator will handle queries, take minutes in team meetings, manage theatre lists, billing, and communications, ensuring accurate and timely administration to support clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a professional environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to theatre operations within required timelines.
• Handle queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Be the main point of contact for visitors to the Theatre department.
• Process theatre list amendments and archive documents.
• Attend and minute Theatre team meetings.
• Process billing, ordering, and monthly department newsletters.
