Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a proactive Theatre Administrator to support our Theatre team with accurate admin and strong secretarial skills. You will handle queries, manage theatre lists, scanning, archiving, billing and minute-taking, while delivering excellent service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good numeracy are essential, with a focus on detail and effective communication to keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to the required standards and timescales.
• Handle queries within the remit of own role and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Be point of contact for visitors to Theatre department.
• Deal with phone calls into the department.
• Amend/changes to theatre list orders.
• Scan and archive documents.
• Attend and minute take the Theatre team meetings.
• Strong IT and keyboard skills to work.
• Process billing.
• Ordering.
• Create monthly department newsletter.
• Support staff wellbeing and engagement.

Up to £25,545 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Theatre Administrator you will:
