Job summary

Rosa's Thai Café is growing across the UK and we're looking for a confident, hands-on Sous-Chef to help the Head Chef lead the kitchen. You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards, ensuring every dish, every service, every detail meets our high expectations.

The role rewards leadership under pressure, a passion for Asian cuisine, and a mastery of wok cooking. You’ll train junior chefs, maintain prep and service quality, and help drive the kitchen forward as part of a brand

Qualifications

• Experience in Asian cuisine and wok cooking.
• Ability to lead by example and train others.
• Calm under pressure with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Passion for flavour, detail and doing things right.
• Willing to grow with a brand that values food standards.
