STI Limited in Hook, Hampshire is seeking a Test Technician responsible for accurate testing, diagnosis, and programming of PCB assemblies to customer specs and company processes to support throughput and quality objectives.

Key tasks include testing and diagnosing products to standards, reporting status to Test Manager and engineers, maintaining accurate data sets, and basic fault finding. This onsite, full-time role offers development and training opportunities.

Job description

As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely testing, diagnosis, and programming of PCB assemblies, working to customer specifications and company processes to support production throughput and quality objectives.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

• Testing and diagnosing customer product to company and industry standards
• Reporting work status to Test Manager, Test Team Leader and Test Engineers
• Maintaining accurate test data sets
• Programming devices to customer specifications
• Carrying out basic fault finding where required
