Together Limited is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead test strategy, governance and delivery across Agile teams. You will own test planning, execution, and reporting while coordinating with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

The role oversees incidents within the testing area, drives RCA and corrective actions, and ensures NFRs are planned and addressed. Strong CI/CD and automation background preferred.

Qualifications

• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification desirable.
• Experience in automation testing, performance testing or AI is a plus.
• Strong track record leading test strategy, governance and delivery in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the test strategy and quality governance across the team.
• Act as the primary contact for test assurance within the release train.
• Coordinate with feature teams on test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure test approaches are risk-based and standards-aligned.
• Monitor test progress and triage defects and blockers.
• Track and report on key quality metrics and test coverage.
• Define and maintain a test coverage model aligned to requirements.
• Lead incident RCA and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Improve testing processes based on incidents and retrospectives.
• Ensure automation is integrated into the central framework for reuse.
• Foster continuous improvement and promote a quality-first culture.
